Securing peace in a new world order: A new prime for military-industrial mobilization

We live under a new world order. The first quarter of 2025 hammered the final nail in the coffin of the post-Cold War era.

This turning point has become clear to governments worldwide. European or not. Revisionist or pro-status quo. Great or regional powers. All acknowledge increased military spending as necessary for prosperity. Yet spending alone is insufficient.

The defense industry must return to its roots: Mass scale. Operational excellence. Execution speed. Rapid technology adoption.

Such a company does not exist today, especially in Europe, and is urgently needed.

The development and production processes of existing defense primes are built in the image of the broken, post-Cold war procurement system. Projects broken into multiple sub-contractors,  long R&D timelines, no inspirational marketing for fresh talent, software engineering as an afterthought, and slow adoption of emerging technologies, especially around autonomy.

The primes are not capable of transforming this new military spending into deterrence in the time available.

So we’re building a new prime.

Under one roof we bring decades-long experience in autonomy, software engineering, electronic warfare, and rapid manufacturing. We pair this with young, passionate European engineering and technical talent in a culture relentlessly focused on a single mission.

We are lowering (by orders of magnitude) the cost of military capabilities once reserved only for great powers and their exquisite platforms, such as:

  • Autonomous guidance for resilience to electronic warfare and GPS jamming.

  • Reconnaissance mosaics of multiple sensors (optical, RF, thermal, radar).

  • Saturation kinetic attacks for effective access and area denial against legacy platforms.

  • Scalable supply chains for attritable weapon systems or attrition conflicts.

Our product line focuses on anti-access/area denial (A2/AD) capabilities, the most cost-effective approach for sovereign nations defending against asymmetrical attacks.

Our systems are designed for creating contested zones where adversaries face unacceptable operational risks and loss ratios, effectively deterring aggression without requiring budget parity.

Our upcoming series of autonomous attritable one-way effectors forms the cornerstone of this strategy.

One-way effectors

We're building one-way effectors that offer distributed, resilient kill chains at a fraction of the cost of traditional platforms.

These systems deliver asymmetric advantages through mass deployment, targeting high-value assets with attritable units that can be fielded at scale.

By dramatically shifting the cost-exchange ratio in the defender's favor, we’ll enable sovereign nations to establish credible deterrence and maintain territorial integrity against conventionally superior adversaries.

We’re not yet able to share many of the one way effector’s details publicly. But we can say that they will be passive, use autonomous guidance and have kinetic payloads.

These kinetic capabilities are complemented by reconnaissance mosaics from our existing portfolio, currently in multiple nation-wide deployments.

Reconnaissance and situational awareness

These comprise: RF, optical cameras, radar, sensors and intelligence sources:

  • LAST: Autonomous surveillance towers in civilian, marine and multi-domain (land / air / marine) configurations, in both portable and static setups.

  • Jericho: Portable intelligence, communications, and autonomy suite, interoperable with commercial drones and legacy sensors.

All our products are built around a set of critical components, our technological crown jewels, which we predict will be featured in most future weapon systems

StrikeWeb: C2 system with native autonomy support and sovereignty guarantees

StrikeWeb allows commanding large fleets of sensors, assets and end-effectors, remotely

  • Open: Allowing sovereignty in implementation of critical decisions and capabilities

  • Autonomy-first: Legacy C2 systems were built for manned warfare

  • Interoperable: Compatible with an ever growing list of sensing and end effector assets.

M4K15: Electronic Warfare module for passive targeting and non-kinetic fires

M4K15 brings state-of-the-art Electronic Warfare capabilities to any platform.

  • Autonomy-first: Existing EW suites delegate mundane tasks to human operators and are built for fixed frequencies they  listen to or jam.

  • Low cost: Designed for supporting mass deployments and attritable platforms.

OSIRIS: Guidance, Navigation and Control for contested (GPS-denied) environments.

OSIRIS brings the navigation capabilities of high-end cruise missiles to fixed-wing drones.

  • Open: Leveraging open-source or sovereign maps provided by the client.

  • Passive: Relying on optical and inertial sensors for GPS-denied navigation

  • Low cost: Designed for supporting deployments on attritable, low-cost platforms.
