Ioannis is the Chief Engineering Officer. He completed his service with the Department of Research and Informatics of the Hellenic Army Academy. Ioannis holds an MSc from King's College London.
Alexander is the Chief Commercial Officer. He is a computer engineer with a career in defense in Greece and internationally. He brings expertise in cybersecurity, wargaming, and modeling & simulation, and has held key roles in technical, sales, and business development domains.
Matthew is the Head of Delian UK. Before Delian, he led strategy & operations at a tech startup, worked with former senior British diplomats advising companies on international growth, and was a researcher for Jonathan Powell.
Mark is Head of Air Systems, UK. Before joining Delian, he was the CCO for a British defence tech startup. Mark served >20 years with the British Armed Forces, including nine overseas operational tours and as Adviser to the Minister for Defence Procurement.
Andreas is Head of Software. Prior to Delian, he worked as a software engineer at Meta, Uber and LinkedIn for 10 years, before leading software at startup Connectly.ai for 5 years. Andreas holds two Masters from Standford (CS) and is a graduate of the National Technical University of Athens.
Apostolos is Head of Strategy & Finance. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company for 6 years, leading teams across corporate strategy and capital markets projects in defence. Apostolos completed his service as a paratrooper and is a graduate of UPenn.
Emily is Chief of Staff. She brings policy experience spanning U.S., Greek, and Cypriot government and diplomatic channels, gained during her time at a Washington, DC think tank. Emily holds an MA in Cybersecurity and AI Policy.
