Mark is Head of BD, UK. Before Delian, Mark was the CCO for a British defence tech startup. Prior to joining industry, Mark served >20 years with the British Armed Forces, including nine overseas operational tours and as Adviser to the Minister for Defence Procurement.
Apostolos is Head of Strategy. He previously worked at McKinsey & Company for 6 years, leading teams across corporate strategy and capital markets projects in defence. He completed his service as a paratrooper and is a graduate of UPenn.
Natalia is Administrative Ops Lead. She previously worked as Administrative Lead and Office Manager for several Greek government officials, incl. Deputy Minister and Member of Parliament. Prior to that, she was the administrative lead at several Greek companies
Matthew is the VP of Operations. Before this, he led strategy & operations at a tech startup for six years, worked with former senior British diplomats advising companies on international growth, and researched terrorism for Prime Minister Blair’s former Chief of Staff.
